Nemty offers the following:

  1. AI Recommendations: Tailored travel suggestions, including hotels, flights, and itineraries, based on user inputs (dates, location, budget, preferences).
  2. Daily Trip Plans: AI-generated itineraries featuring activities, attractions, and transportation options.
  3. Third-Party Integrations: Hotel and flight bookings facilitated through trusted third-party platforms. Nemty is not responsible for third-party services.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

  1. Accuracy of Recommendations:
    Nemty uses AI to provide travel recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, all suggestions are based on available data and may not reflect real-time changes or availability.
  2. Third-Party Bookings:
    Nemty does not guarantee the availability, pricing, or quality of services provided by third-party vendors (e.g., hotels, airlines).
  3. Travel Risks:
    Users are responsible for assessing travel risks, including health, safety, and visa requirements. Nemty is not liable for disruptions, delays, or other unforeseen events.

5. User Responsibilities

  1. Provide accurate and truthful information when using Nemty services.
  2. Review and confirm all booking details before proceeding.
  3. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, including visa, passport, and travel regulations.
  4. Maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials and notify Nemty immediately of unauthorized access.

6. Payment and Pricing

  1. Free and Premium Services:
    Nemty offers both free and premium options. Premium services require payment as outlined in the app.
  2. Third-Party Pricing:
    Prices for flights, hotels, or other services are determined by third-party providers and are subject to change.
  3. Refund Policies:
    Refunds for third-party bookings are governed by the provider’s refund policies. Nemty is not responsible for third-party refunds.
  4. Billing:
    By purchasing premium services, you authorize Nemty to charge your payment method for applicable fees.

7. Intellectual Property

  1. All content, features, and functionalities of Nemty, including its name, logo, design, and AI algorithms, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
  2. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or reproduce any part of Nemty without prior written consent.
  3. Users may submit feedback or suggestions, but Nemty retains all rights to use such input without compensation or acknowledgment.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Caglayan, Istanbul.
